Privacy Policy
Privacy Terms
Singoo Cloud is committed to strict, secure and transparent privacy practices, because your privacy matters to us. We do everything we can to protect your privacy and prevent the misuse or abuse of your personal data. And because we value your privacy and strive to provide a safe, high-quality service for everyone: we will never sell personal data to anyone, and you remain in control of your personal information at all times. Our Privacy Policy explains: what information we collect and why we collect it; and how we use, share and protect that information. Our Privacy Policy applies to: our customers, including their internal users ("Customer Users"); and our customers' end users ("End Users"), who interact with our customers through their social profiles on supported platforms. Our Privacy Policy should always be read together with a customer's own privacy policy, which will contain more details about how the customer processes your personal data, as well as with the privacy policies of the supported platforms. If you have any questions or complaints about our Privacy Policy or practices, please contact us at tousu@singoo.cc. 1 - Who is Singoo Cloud? Singoo Cloud (singoocloud) is headquartered in Shanghai and was founded in March 2010. Singoo Cloud provides a software application ("SaaS") that gives businesses a marketing automation system. By its nature, the service allows our customers to bring their social profiles together in one place. The service helps our customers manage incoming messages sent to their social profiles and comments posted on the content published on their social profiles, schedule and publish content on their social profiles, and analyze the results. It also helps them monitor conversations taking place publicly on the supported platforms, as long as those conversations contain certain keywords of their choosing. 2 - What information do we collect and/or process? We collect and/or process different types of information, including but not limited to personal data ("Customer Data"): we collect and process information/data from our customers and/or Customer Users for our own purposes, such as providing and administering the service ("Customer Personal Data"). We also process other data on behalf of our customers as instructed by our customers through the service (including information and End Users) — for example, content generated, requested or published by our customers through the supported platforms, and messages our customers monitor through the service or collect from the supported platforms ("Customer Content"). Our customers control how they collect and use their Customer Content. Accordingly, we use Customer Content only to provide the service to our customers, in accordance with the instructions they give us through the service. We never collect or process sensitive data, as the use of the service does not technically allow it. 2.1 - Customer Personal Data. Types of data: when you first register a Singoo Cloud account, and as you use the service, we collect data about you as a customer/Customer User, such as: your full name, your email address, your company name, your company's address, your company's phone number, your social profile URLs, the content you publish on the social profiles connected to the service, and information we may receive about communications you send us, such as inquiries or comments about our service. Singoo Cloud also automatically collects and receives certain data from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on the site, the service and the supported platforms, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies (see "Cookies and Related Technologies" below). For example, each time you visit the site or otherwise use the service, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page you came from, the region from which you browsed, and the pages you visited (where applicable). How we use it: Singoo Cloud uses Customer Content for the following purposes: identifying the author of an End User message; and aggregating all End User messages from the same person and providing a history of all past conversations between the End User and the customer. 2.2 - Third-Party Applications and Social Networks. The service establishes an ecosystem in which you can choose to connect with the supported platforms. If you choose to send your content to a supported platform, Singoo Cloud is no longer responsible for that content once it leaves the service. The content will be governed by the terms and privacy policy of the relevant supported platform. For example, if you use the service to post a message on Facebook, Facebook's privacy policy and terms of service will apply to that message on Facebook's servers. Although we try to allow access only to supported platforms that share our respect for your privacy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any supported platform. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policy of any supported platform you access through the service. For reference, the privacy policies of our currently supported platforms are as follows: https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/policies/#community-guidelines https://twitter.com/privacy https://www.facebook.com/policy.php https://help.instagram.com/402411646841720 https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy http://www.google.com/policies/privacy 2.3 - Revoking Access to Supported Platforms. If you want to make sure the service no longer relies on its connections to the supported platforms and their APIs (such as the Facebook API, Instagram API, Twitter API, LinkedIn API and YouTube API services) — since the service accesses data from the social profiles you previously connected to it — here is how to proceed: YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions Twitter: https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/connect-or-revoke-access-to-third-party-apps Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/help/204306713029340 Instagram: https://www.facebook.com/help/204306713029340 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/remove-third-party-apps-connected-your-linkedin-hector-rodriguez/ 3 - Cookies and Related Technologies. Like many websites, we collect certain information through the use of "cookies" — small text files saved by your browser when you visit our site. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to recognize that you have logged in to the site and to tell us how and when you interact with the site. We may also use cookies to monitor overall usage and web traffic routing on the site, and to customize and improve our service. By visiting the site or using the service, you consent to the use of cookies in your browser and in HTML-based emails. 3.1 - Session Cookies. The service uses "session cookies" to improve the user experience by storing certain information about your current visit (such as login information) on your device. They allow us to remember your login session so you can move easily within the site or the service. Without these session cookies, we would not be able to provide the service to you. These session cookies have limited functionality and validity, and you will need to re-enter your Singoo Cloud login details after a certain period of time, to prevent others from accidentally accessing your account content and related personal information. Other examples of our use of session cookies include tracking how many times a specific visitor accesses a page or a feature of the service. 3.2 - Performance and Remarketing Cookies. Partners who help us serve ads on and off the site, as well as analytics companies, may also place cookies on your device. When you visit certain pages on our site, we use several third-party vendors to help serve ads about Singoo Cloud products and services. We may share an encrypted hash of a common account identifier (such as an email address) with third-party advertising partners to help us evaluate and tailor the ads and services we provide to you. Most browsers allow you to choose whether to accept cookies. If you do not want cookies placed on your computer, set your browser preferences to reject all cookies before visiting the site. Please note that doing so may make some features of the site and the service unavailable. To find out more about cookies, including how to see which cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. The Network Advertising Initiative has also developed a tool that helps you see which third parties currently have cookies enabled for your browser and opt out of them. For more information, visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. Singoo Cloud may also use related technologies, including web beacons, pixels and software tokens, to make the service easier to use. Most notably, the service uses software tokens (stored securely on servers controlled by Singoo Cloud) to facilitate login to the supported platforms and keep them working properly. 4 - How do we protect your information? The security of your personal information is important to us. Singoo Cloud has taken various measures to ensure information is adequately protected against unauthorized access, use, disclosure and destruction. Keep in mind that risk can never be eliminated entirely, but it can be greatly mitigated and reduced. You should remember that submitting information over the Internet is never absolutely secure. All of the measures Singoo Cloud takes significantly reduce that risk. In the event of any unauthorized access to, use of and/or disclosure of information, Singoo Cloud shall not be liable to any third party, including you, provided that such incident was not caused by Singoo Cloud's gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud or malice. The security measures taken by Singoo Cloud include: only a limited number of Singoo Cloud employees can access the information stored on Singoo Cloud's servers; we use industry best practices to secure any information collected and/or transmitted to the supported platforms; both the site and the service are protected by the SSL protocol, which encrypts all transmitted data; Singoo Cloud's servers are protected by a) firewalls, which create a barrier between our trusted, secure internal network and the Internet, and b) IP restrictions, which limit access to whitelisted IPs; each customer can only access information related to the social profiles they are tracking and the specific End Users who interact with those profiles — for Twitter and Instagram, each customer can also access public content posted by End Users that contains specific keywords; Singoo Cloud uses third-party vendors and hosting partners (such as Alibaba Cloud) to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology required to run the service — these vendors all provide first-class security, and you can review their security features here: www.aliyun.com; Singoo Cloud regularly reviews its information collection and processing practices and will review and revise this Privacy Policy accordingly; Singoo Cloud uses third-party vendors to protect against attacks on the site or the service and against the destruction or theft of its data — these vendors also monitor potential attacks so that Singoo Cloud can notify its customers if their Customer Content and/or Singoo Cloud data is compromised; Singoo Cloud takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please note, however, that despite our efforts, no security measure is 100% secure. 5 - Children. Because the nature of our service does not appeal to children under 13, Singoo Cloud does not knowingly solicit or receive PII from children under 13. If we later learn that any user of our service is under 13, we will take appropriate steps to remove that user's information from our account database and restrict that individual from accessing the service in the future. 6 - Your Rights: Access, Modification, Deletion, Disclosure. You have the right to object to the processing and collection of your personal data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Whenever you withdraw your consent, you acknowledge and accept that this immediately terminates your use of the service. Accordingly, you may at any time request the modification or deletion of your information by sending an email to tuosu@singoo.cc that includes your first and last name and the URLs of all social profiles connected to the service. Such requests must be sent from the email address used to create your Singoo Cloud account. Please note that Singoo Cloud may need to retain certain personal information for a period of time after account cancellation for our legitimate business purposes or as required or permitted by applicable law. You should be aware that Singoo Cloud acts as a conduit between our customers and the various supported platforms. In some cases, content published through Singoo Cloud will not be in Singoo Cloud's custody or control, and any content you share through the service via any supported platform may continue to be available to third parties and the general public, because that content is now controlled by the operator of the supported platform. Singoo Cloud does not rent or sell your Customer Personal Data or Customer Content, but we may disclose such data to a limited set of trusted third parties in the circumstances described below, to which you expressly consent by using our service. We will disclose your personal information where required by law or court order, and to satisfy any legal or regulatory requirement or obligation; we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure such requirements or obligations comply with applicable law. We reserve the right to disclose your information to any third party if we have a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary for investigative purposes and/or to enforce against any violation of the Terms of Service (where applicable), to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or other violations or unlawful acts, and to protect the rights, interests and property of Singoo Cloud. We reserve the right to disclose your information to any parent company, subsidiary, joint venture or other company under common control with Singoo Cloud. If we are acquired by or merged with another entity, we reserve the right to disclose your information (in which case we will require that entity to assume the obligations under this Privacy Policy, or inform you that you are covered by a new privacy policy). 7 - Notice of and Revisions to the Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about your privacy, please send an email to Singoo Cloud at tuosu@singoo.cc with a detailed description of your concern. Singoo Cloud will use its best efforts to resolve such issues within a reasonable time. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy, which governs our use of the information collected and processed from the service, can be found at https://www.singoo.cc/privacy.html. 7.1 - Consent. By using the service, submitting personal information to the service, or collecting personal information from the supported platforms through the service, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and use of your personal information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to your personal information being used in these ways, you should refrain from using the service. 7.2 - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service. The governing law and dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service also apply to this Privacy Policy. Singoo Cloud's Privacy Policy is part of its broader Terms of Service, and both the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy apply to your use of the service.
